The Ideal Pocket Monster Legends: Z-A Mega Evolution Based on Your Astrological Sign
The comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked widespread enthusiasm across the community. From the gradual unveiling of newcomers before the title's launch, to trainers forming strong opinions on the full lineup of new Megas, there's plenty for fans to anticipate.
With many of the Super Forms boasting unique appearances that emphasize their personalities, one idea naturally: What's the best way to link this with astrology? This list is inspired by a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and personal experience.
Aries – Mega Camerupt
To be truthful, Houndoom was almost selected for Aries, as both are the Mega Pokémon and astrological sign that evoke the greatest apprehension. However, a Super Houndoom comes across as constantly angry, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, renowned for being fun, light-hearted, and impulsive. That's why the Ram far more akin to Super Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Remain on the good side of both and enjoy a powerful partner; if you cross them, be ready to face the consequences.
Taurus – Super Heracross
Much like a loyal Bull, the reliable Heracross, both in its standard and Super Form, has assisted many players in Legends: Z-A. While dependable, each the Pokémon and a Bull are also Fighting types, and – be it their trainer or a strong opinion – will defend their side unwaveringly. What about Super Heracross that reminds me most of my Taurus friends, however, is its unabashed love of snacks. Several previous official descriptions mention their craving for tasty tree sap and how it employs its horn to hoard it everything, which is pure Taurus energy.
Gemini – Mega Medicham
Observe this total queen. You cannot convince me this Pokémon is not the soul of every party, offering an endless fountain of gossip to those who wants to listen. Just like an enrapturing, sociable Gemini, it's very easy to envision Super Medicham mesmerizing an whole Wild Zone with their tales. This Pokémon's Pokédex entry also mentions its capacity to foresee an enemy’s next moves, which seems quite like a people-smart Twins.
The Crab – Super Manectric
Cancer is commonly regarded as the most sensitive sign of the zodiac, a passionate symbol famous for often getting wrapped up in their feelings. According to the Pokédex, Super Evolution charges the creature with a “tremendous quantity of electricity, but it's too much for this Pokémon to completely manage,” which sounds a lot like a classic Cancer crash-out. This Pokémon is also recognized for its capability to create a storm cloud over its very self – and if there’s a single trait a Cancer is likely to do, it’s spoil their good time.
The Lion – Super Starmie
Well, did you assume I was planning to select the lion Pokémon for the lion of the stars? Aside from the fact that it would be much too on the nose, The Lion is obviously Super Starmie, the star whose legs just became an internet sensation for being extremely fabulous (or terrifying, based on your preference). Fans couldn’t look away from the violet sea star, and that’s precisely the same vibe a Leo brings to the table. This Pokémon is also rumored to be broadcasting signals from its red core out into the cosmos, and it’s typical of a Lion to be staging a performance, albeit for aliens.
Virgo – Mega Victreebel
The ever-prepared and perpetually-anxious Maiden is perfectly represented in Super Victreebel, the Super Form with constant digestive issues. The sign known for being endearingly judgmental is clearly reflected throughout this creature's entire lineage, from a perpetually shocked face like a Maiden when you tell them you lack a 401(k), to its inverted visage that’s similar to the symbol a Maiden sends to the chatroom when everyone says they want to “go with the flow” rather than creating a strategy.
Libra – Mega Audino
Look at this sweet, empathetic creature, who employs the sensors on its auditory organs to detect how others are emotionally by their heartbeat. Consistently compassionate – sometimes to a detriment – and trying to keep the peace, there are numerous Scales who would probably appreciate Super Audino's skills. Though, let’s be honest, it would likely just cause them to worry even more about everyone else.
Scorpio – Super Banette
Banette is a creature with a unexpectedly tragic backstory: Discarded as a doll, it gained sentient through pure hatred and vowed retribution on its previous caretaker. Per the Pokédex, Mega Evolution, “increases its vindictiveness.” That seems precisely like many discussions I’ve had with my intense Scorpion friends. A Scorpion adores karma and comeuppance, making them the perfect match with Super Banette.
Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha
Each Super Hawlucha and Archers are constantly staging a show. As a Archer myself, the number of times I’ve called myself some version of a “playful little entertainer” is countless. The most flamboyant and most obnoxious Super Form, its description even notes how it “poses to display its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most apt Sagittarius match I can think of.
Capricorn – Super Absol
Were you aware that a Super Absol has the ability to predict disasters in advance? That gives the identical energy as a Capricorn, who tends to always think they’re correct. The thing is, much like a prophetic Super Absol, they frequently are. It’s also the absolute first Mega Evolution that players meet in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Goat to join the ground floor of the Super Form craze.
The Water Bearer – Mega Chandelure
Detached element Water Bearer is possibly the non-flame sign that is most like a fire sign – its counterpart is Leo, and there are numerous jokes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being chaotic accomplices. Mega Chandelure’s double Spirit/Flame category matches perfectly with this, and the Mega’s general intimidating aura is also very Aquarius. If you hadn't yet convinced, the Super Form's Pokédex entry says it “draws in negative energy and transforms it into power.” If that doesn’t exactly {encaps
