Her passing was announced in a public statement by the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”

As detailed in a personal essay late last year, she disclosed that she had been suffering from AML, a form of leukemia with a rare mutation.
