Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Increases Bounty for Missing Dog in Mexican Territory to $20,000
Welsh athlete Ramsey has boosted the incentive for details concerning his vanished canine Halo to $$20k.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
the dog, who disappeared on 9 October, was equipped with a GPS collar, and Ramsey published a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any sort of information about our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Significant incentive for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she is unharmed and can be back to our family quickly," Ramsey shared on social media.
Initial Reward and Heartfelt Pleas
Ramsey initially announced that his dog had vanished a fortnight back and has subsequently uploaded numerous photos of the cherished pet on his social media account.
A £7.5k reward was first announced, but with lack of updates on Halo's location after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the sum.
"We just want our girl back," he said in an additional plea on social media after the 10-year-old pet was lost.
The most recent photograph upload is a grayscale photo of the beagle napping, its head resting in the curve of the athlete's arm, with the description: "What I'd do to embrace you again Halo."
Household's Anxieties and Background
The footballer has also circulated a statement from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on social media mentioning they have some "important concerns" surrounding the event and worry the family "may never get answers".
"We have yet to have not located Halo. I fear we ever will," the spouse's update stated.
The Welsh leader signed with Mexico's premier club Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and had his inaugural match in Liga MX in August.
Originally from Caerphilly player is the initial well-known British Isles player to compete in the Mexican league.
