Shocking Video Shows Instant Police Suffer Blade Attacks in Ambush
One senior officer who jumped to the aid of a fellow officer that was assaulted by a blade-wielder was granted the Royal Recognition for Bravery.
Sergeant Tim Ansell struggled against twenty-seven-year-old Jacob Brown after he placed a knife to the throat of his colleague Sgt Marc Foster.
Brown initiated the assault as the policemen and their third officer, Police Constable Marcus Wolstencroft, were talking to a driver after a vehicle incident in the area in summer 2023.
