A high-ranking Russian military figure has been declared dead following an detonation in Moscow, according to an investigative body.
The incident occurred on Monday morning when an IED concealed beneath a vehicle was set off, resulting in the death of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov.
Sarvarov held the position of the head of the armed forces' operational training department.
Authorities mentioned that one possible explanation involves the alleged involvement of Ukrainian intelligence services. To date, Ukraine has offered no public response.
